Community of practice – trauma in practice

This session will focus on trauma in practice and is aimed at supporting delivery champions and those interested in developing and facilitating online learning sessions for staff, allowing greater reach, impact of learning and continuing professional development (CPD).  Attendees will:

• Explore how to plan, develop, and deliver a range of learning activities on a range of topics and practice areas.
• Embed evidence-informed approaches to enhance practice.
• Use a range of activities and resources to create a positive learning culture.

Designed for workforce development colleagues these sessions aim to build capacity within your organisation for you to deliver learning sessions on specific topics and apply learning theories.

We will introduce our new range of resources that are designed to support workforce development staff, connect you with peers, and focus on best practice so this can be applied when developing your own learning content.
