In this online workshop, we will discuss the opportunities and challenges in developing and sustaining a learning culture. We will look at the practical steps that you can take to put learning at the heart of your work.

  • What does having a ‘learning culture’ really mean and how you can start growing one?  
  • Getting beyond the tick box – making learning cultures sustainable
