Recovery, work-life balance, wellbeing: how to switch off
Social care practitioners often struggle to ‘switch off’ from work psychologically, which can increase the risk of work-life conflict and burnout. This webinar highlights the importance of detachment from work worries and concerns and highlights some strategies to help people develop healthy boundaries between their work and personal life.
