Introduction

This Strategic Briefing supports senior leaders in adult social care to develop an organisational culture that promotes a positive approach to decisions involving risk, based upon collaborative and relationship-based practice.

The briefing will:

• Consider messages from research about the perspectives of different stakeholders.
