10:00 - 12:00 Wednesday, 21 February 2024

Designed for workforce development colleagues, these sessions aim to build capacity within your organisation to understand more about the digital skills needed for practice and for learning.

In this online workshop, we will discuss how your organisation can apply a skills audit for digital learning. We will look at what an effective audit includes and the practical steps that you can take to improve digital skills in your organisation to maximise learning impact.

This session will explore:

  • Why are digital skills important to the future of learning in your organisation?
  • How you might use digital skills in developing your learning resources.
  • Understanding your own digital reality and the reality of the children, families and adults that practitioners are working with.
  • How you can model some of the digital skills you are encouraging practitioners to develop.
