Designed specifically for managers and commissioners, this open access webinar will share findings from a National Institute for Health and Care Research School for Social Care study on adult social workers and parents with learning disabilities. The study worked with five local authorities.

The webinar will explore:

  • How are parents with learning disabilities recognised and how many parents are there?
  • When are parents with learning disabilities eligible for support from the learning disability team (when there is one)?
  • How are parents accessing support under the Care Act?
