Designed for learning and development colleagues, these sessions aim to build capacity within your organisation by increasing your understanding of digital learning theories. In this interactive workshop, we will discuss approaches to develop and sustain a strong learning culture within your organisation.
Learning outcomes
As a result of attending this workshop you will be able to:
- Explain the links between learning and wellbeing to develop resilient learning organisations.
- Use Research in Practice tools and resources to support resilient learning organisations.
- Appraise how colleagues have used Research in Practice resources to create their own tools for learning and development in their organisation.
