Learn how to develop and deliver engaging learning sessions about equity, intersectionality and allyship using Research in Practice resources.
The webinar will include presentations, group activities and personal reflective time. You will hear about a range of Research in Practice resources and talk to other participants about ways they are supporting intersectional learning.
This session is designed for anyone who is responsible for supporting learning and development in their organisation.
Learning outcomes
As a result of attending this workshop, you will be able to:
- Use Research in Practice resources, activities and tools to support learning sessions on equity and intersectionality. You will be given a resource sheet as part of the session.
- Analyse and reflect on your own experiences of what makes an effective learning session on equity, intersectionality and allyship.
