Evidence-informed practice brings together evidence from research, practice expertise and the views of people with lived experience. When used in both the design and delivery of social care, it enables the development of effective support that is both person-centred and context driven. Whilst we all aspire to be evidence-informed in our work, it is not easy to embed a learning culture in an organisation.
In this workshop, we will reflect on the embedding of evidence-informed practice and share tools, tips, ideas and experiences of how we can ensure that this approach is at the heart of how we work.
