Hannah Scaife, Co-Chair
Hannah is Principal Social Worker for Adults at South Gloucestershire Council.
Her areas of passion are equality and diversity, compassionate leadership, learning and development.
Sarah Range, Co-Chair
Sarah is Head of Strategic Safeguarding, Quality Practice and PSW at Southend City Council.
Her areas of passion are social justice, wellbeing and vicarious trauma, learning and development and anti-racist practice.
Jolaade Anjorin, Vice Chair
Jolaade is Principal Social Worker for Adults at Manchester City Council.
Her areas of practice passion are equality, diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, workforce, recruitment and retention, adult social care reform and strength-based practice.
Paula Swift, Vice Chair
Paula is Professional Head of Social Work at Tees, Esk & Wear Valleys NHS Trust.
Her areas of passion are shared decision-making, collaborative engagement and service development with those who use our services and carers, social work identity and leadership within the NHS.
