System improvement and transformation
Supporting your organisation or services with change, improvement and transformation initiatives.
Our system improvement and transformation services can support organisations to navigate major change across their operating models or to deliver development programmes. At Research in Practice we are also commissioned to deliver many large-scale, collaborative national and regional projects. We focus on creating sustainable, long‑term impact - not just short‑term fixes.
Combining specialist expertise, proven methodologies, and hands‑on facilitation, we work with you to support the redesign of services, streamline processes, and deliver complex, multi‑stakeholder programmes.
Working in partnership with a variety of local and national organisations, government departments and others to support system-wide improvements and changes. We are equipped to assist with system change and transformation, convening multi-agency partners to focus on specific aspects of a local system, such as Transitional Safeguarding or extra-familial harm.
We can also support systems mapping and reflection using theories of change to facilitate meaningful change.
We have extensive experience in leading complex programmes and a proven track record in effective quality assurance, project and contract management. Our experienced team ensures high-quality delivery on time and in budget.
