This report provides an overview of the learning taking place within Greater Manchester (GM) as a result of the GM Scale and Spread Programme. The programme is a Department for Education funded initiative to spread four innovative services (the innovations) from one or two GM authorities to multiple instances across the ten authorities in GM.
